Week 17 Super 15 Picks – FTN x SuperDraft

Week 17 of the NFL season is here, and that means that so is another Super 15 slate on SuperDraft DFS.

Similar to the posts you’ve seen on social media regarding building a roster based on a $15 budget and allotted players/prices, you can now integrate this game into DFS and go head-to-head with your competition.

Below are my top three options to build your Super 15 lineups around.

Top Plays

Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams ($4)

Kupp is too cheap, plain and simple. There is no reason he should be in the $4 tier, yet here we are. For that reason, he’s the first player into my Super 15 lineups. Not only is he on a torrid pace and primed to break Calvin Johnson’s receiving record (he is 231 yards away), but he steps into a very favorable matchup.

With how decimated the Ravens’ defense is, they’ve allowed offenses to do just about whatever they want in the passing game. No team in the NFL has allowed more total passing yards on the season than the Ravens and their 28 touchdowns allowed through the air is the fifth-most in the entire NFL. For a $1 discount, Kupp is a massive value on the Super 15 slate.

Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles ($4)

Any time you can get a dual-threat quarterback with an astronomical ceiling at anything lower than the $5 tier, you take it. That’s exactly the case with Hurts in Week 17. The Football Team is a great matchup for any quarterback, but Hurts has been one that has already taken advantage this season. A mere two weeks ago, we saw Hurts complete 20 of 26 passes for 296 yards and a touchdown while rushing for an additional two scores against this same defense.

For a discount against a team that he already exploited both on the ground and through the air, Hurts is my QB of choice on the Super 15 slate.

Ronald Jones, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($2)

Jones should be a popular option in the $2 range, but it’s hard to get away from the value that he provides at this price. After 22 touches on 23 opportunities last week, Jones should be primed for another healthy workload against a Jets team that has allowed more rushing attempts and touchdowns than any other team in the NFL. Given the 13-point spread, Jones should be in for a busy day in an exploitable matchup, making his $2 price tag a screaming value.

Budget remaining after the core: $5
