Sunday was an action-packed day for the NFL Conference Championships. We had a two-game slate, so let’s see how our top plays did.
Top Plays
Joe Burrow, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (1.2x Score Multiplier)
The Cincinnati Bengals punched their Super Bowl ticket with a comeback win over the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime, 27-24. Joe Burrow had himself a slow start but finished strong to get the job done. He completed 23-of-38 passes for 250 yards and finished with two touchdowns and one interception. He added 25 rushing yards on five attempts.
Ja’Marr Chase, WR, Cincinnati Bengals (1.15x)
Ja’Marr Chase had a productive day but was overshadowed by Tee Higgins. Chase had nine targets, while Higgins led the day with 10. However, Chase was the first wideout to find the end zone for the Bengals. He finished with six receptions for 54 yards and one touchdown.
Byron Pringle, WR, Kansas City Chiefs (1.65x)
It was a passing clinic by the Kansas City Chiefs in the first half, but sadly Byron Pringle was not a part of the show. Pringle had just three targets on the day with two receptions for 16 yards. With the Chiefs being held to just a field goal in the second half, their offense went quietly into the night.
Best Plays of the Slate
We had two action-packed games and some great plays. Let’s start up with one of the most dominant wide receivers of this season, Cooper Kupp. He had 14 targets on the day and turned 11 of them into receptions. He finished with 142 receiving yards and two touchdowns. On top of him having his way with the San Francisco 49ers defense, so did his teammate Odell Beckham Jr. He had 11 targets and caught nine of them for 113 yards. He didn’t find the end zone but was a huge part in keeping drives alive. Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs had himself another strong outing, even in a loss. He was targeted 11 times and finished with 10 receptions for 95 yards and one touchdown.
