The San Francisco 49ers will be traveling to face the Tennessee Titans Thursday to kick off Week 16 of the NFL season. Oddsmakers have this as a low-scoring game, with the over/under set at 44.5. Let’s take a look at our favorite DFS plays of the slate on SuperDraft

Top Plays

Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers (Champion: 2.4x score multiplier | Co-Champ: 2x | Superflex:1.6x)

Aiyuk had a rough start to the season after an amazing rookie season. Since the Week 6 bye, though, he has only had two games below two targets, with one coming last week when the 49ers punished Atlanta with their run game. In the past five weeks, he has had 32 targets, catching 20. With Deebo Samuel being utilized more in the run game, more opportunity has opened up for Aiyuk. He has out-targeted Samuel 26-12 in the previous four games both have been active. With the rostership looking to be high on Samuel, Aiyuk is a great pivot off him with a higher upside in the passing game.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Tennessee Titans (Champion: 2.85x| Co-Champ: 2.4x | Superflex:1.9x)

Westbrook-Ikhine could be in store for some heavy volume. A.J. Brown has been on the IR since Week 9. He’s designated to return, but we don’t know if he’ll be active for Thursday and how involved he’ll be if he is. Julio Jones is currently questionable, but on a short week of rest, he may not play. Westbrook-Ikhine has had at least 6 targets in three of his last four games. The 49ers defense is also banged up and already gives up 30.4 fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers.

George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers (Champion: 1.9x| Co-Champ: 1.65x | Superflex: 1.3x)

Staying with the passing game, passing up on Kittle is difficult. He may not have exceeded 100 receiving yards last week to extend his streak, but he caught all six of his targets for 93 receiving yards. Since he has returned from his injury, he has scored six touchdowns. On the season, he is averaging 5.7 receptions for 77.3 receiving yards per game. He is also holding a 76.8% catch rate, second best of his career.
