We kick off the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs this weekend. We have a two-game Saturday NFL DFS slate on Superdraft.
Below are my top three plays for the slate.
Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers (1x score multiplier)
Samuel started his playoff run off with a bang as he put up 18.5 SuperDraft points against the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round. He had a 26% rushing share, finishing with 72 yards and a rushing touchdown. He wasn’t forgotten in the passing game either, as he had three targets, reeling in all three for 38 receiving yards. Samuel now heads to Green Bay with another good matchup. But what matchup isn’t? He’ll be lining up across from Jaire Alexander — per the FTN Daily WR/CB matchup tool, he has the best matchup among the 49ers receivers.
Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans (1x)
The Titans should be activating Henry for Saturday’s showdown. Henry went down in Week 8, but before that, he was a dominant factor every week. In eight games played, he rushed for over 100 yards five times, averaging 27.4 carries and 117 rushing yards per game. On the off chance Henry isn’t activated, D’Onta Foreman makes for a great play instead, at a 1.4x multiplier — he rushed for 100-plus yards and/or a touchdown in five of his final six games of the regular season.
Brandon Aiyuk, WR, San Francisco 49ers (1.5x)
There aren’t too many deep-dive finds I like on this slate. We have already targeted Deebo Samuel, but he is utilized so much in the run game that Aiyuk is still a great option at receiver. Plus, he’s at the 1.5x multiplier in what could become another Packers/49ers shootout. Aiyuk had six targets against the Cowboys last week and turned five of them into receptions. Jimmy Garoppolo did miss him on one throw that could have turned into something big. From Week 11 on, Aiyuk only dipped below 6 targets in a game twice. He has quickly turned himself back into the main option in the passing game, as George Kittle seems to be working away from the stat sheet, with just five targets in the past two weeks.
