Ronnie Rivers is a huge play in this weeks CFB Week 4 Picks - FTN x SuperDraft

Week 4 of the college football season kicks off Saturday with a solid slate of action. Last week brought excitement, and as importantly, gave us new information to utilize when building our SuperDraft lineups.

QB

At quarterback, the best value on the board is Fresno State’s Jake Haener (1.2X score multiplier). Haener creates big plays as a passer and can scramble for scores with decent speed. His matchup against UNLV is an instant recipe for huge production, and he’s a virtual lock to be a top performer.

We’re also looking at Charlotte passer Chris Reynolds (1.7X) as a superflex or quarterback option. We gain a huge multiplier for the position, and Reynolds has a solid rate of production to rely upon. Middle Tennessee State also lacks the pass defense required to shut down what’s been a great offense.

Running Back

We have an array of options at running back. I love the value of Christian Beal-Smith (1.3X) against Virginia. He’s one of the most efficient backs in the country, and this game is sure to be a high-scoring affair. We need shares in that game.

Without question, Ronnie Rivers (1.2X) also of Fresno State has the best opportunity to change the outcome of your contest. Rivers is projected to nab over 30 points against an awful defense. Like Haener, Rivers can amass an impressive stat line even if he plays one half.

Receivers

The receiving positions are stacked. We have to select as many as four on a deep slate. Balancing premier talent with a great multiplier is a tough challenge.

We always want to stack if possible and this week we’re stacking twice. Pairing Haener with his top receiver, Jalen Cropper (1.25X), is a no-brainer. Cropper has been excellent all season and offers a high floor and ceiling even if he’s a chalky pick.

Flex

My other two favorite receiver plays are Jaquarri Roberson (1.3X) of Wake Forest and Victor Tucker (1.55X) of Charlotte. Each is projected to get volume against their opponents, and I want in on every high-scoring game possible. Plus, we’re getting huge multipliers to roll the dice on lesser-known names.

Overall, Week 4 has premier matchups between Norte Dame at Wisconsin and Texas A&M at Arkansas, and a slew of interesting other games that go beyond the rankings.

As always, we have you covered for every slate, every weekend. We’ll continue to project the top matchups and producers across the nation to help you profit in your SuperDraft contests.
