The Pittsburgh Steelers made sure Ben Roethlisberger secured a victory in potentially his last home game Monday night, beating the Cleveland Browns 26-14. Let’s take a look at our top DFS recommendations on SuperDraft and see how they did.

Our Picks

Nick Chubb (Champion: 1.5x multiplier | Superflex: 1x Multiplier)

The Browns struggled once again. The poor play from Baker Mayfield continued, as he threw two more interceptions Monday night. While the passing game wasn’t working, neither was the run game. Chubb had just 12 carries on the day and finished with 58 scoreless rushing yards. He wasn’t involved with the passing game, as he had only one target and didn’t haul it in.

Diontae Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers (Champion: 1.95x | Superflex: 1.3x)

The Steelers gave Ben Roethlisberger the green light to throw, and throw he did, attempting 46 passes. He completed only 24, though. Johnson was able to reel in eight of his team-leading 15 targets (Ray-Ray McCloud was second with 10) for only 31 yards. Johnson’s saving grace was hauling in the Steelers’ lone touchdown through the air.

Austin Hooper, Cleveland Browns (Champion: 3x | Superflex: 2x)

We were right about Hooper leading the Browns’ tight ends in targets, but he couldn’t turn it into anything. Hooper turned his 5 targets into just 2 receptions and 28 yards, and his positionmates — David Njoku and Harrison Bryant — each hauled in a score.

Best Plays of The Slate

There wasn’t a lot to be excited about on this showdown slate, but two players stood out: Najee Harris and Chris Boswell. Harris was a dominant factor for the Pittsburgh Steelers as he rushed 28 times for 188 yards. He did end up in the end zone on the final drive on a 37-yard run. He was also able to add on 18 receiving yards on 3 receptions (3 targets). Meanwhile, Boswell was another kicker who did graet things for showdown lineups. Boswell was perfect kicking Monday, 2-for-2 on extra points and 4-for-4 on field goals. He had a field goal for 50 yards while adding on one from 49 yards out and two from 39. Boswell finished with 32.30 fantasy points with just 20% rostership.
