2/3 NBA DFS Picks – FTN x SuperDraft

We have a six-game Main NBA DFS slate on SuperDraft Thursday. Below, we’ll dive in and break down our three top plays of the slate.

Devin Booker, SG, Phoenix Suns (1.15x score multiplier)

Booker has been an efficient scoring machine lately, scoring at least 25 points in each of his past five games. In those five games, he’s been above 50% on field goals in three, and now he gets the Atlanta Hawks. They are the third-worst team against shooting guards, allowing 24.3 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game. The Hawks also give Booker a boost as a scorer, per the FTN Daily advanced DvP tool. With the second-highest total of the night at 225 points, there will be many opportunities for Booker to score and take over this game.

Bam Adebayo, C, Miami Heat (1.25x)

Heat center Adebayo gets a great matchup coming off of a dominant performance. He put up 32 points with 11 rebounds Tuesday night against Toronto and now gets the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs are currently allowing opposing centers to average 23.7 points and 17.6 rebounds per game. Now, Miami does play at one of the slowest paces this season and will be in a fast-paced environment with San Antonio. This should call for more action from Adebayo and the rest of Miami’s offense to stay in the game. More opportunities to have a better shot at becoming optimal.

Reggie Jackson, PG, Los Angeles Clippers (1.6x)

Jackson sees a boost Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers. Per the advanced DvP tool, Jackson’s role as the primary ball-handler puts him in good shape against this Lakers team. On top of that, the Lakers are already struggling versus guards, allowing 23 points and nine assists per game. Even allowing Jackson to flirt with the double-double bonus is dangerous as he sits at the 1.6x multiplier. It will be an up-tempo matchup, as both teams average 100 possessions per game.
