SuperDraft is one of the hottest platforms in the market for DFS players. SuperDraft offers a unique twist on your traditional DFS experience with game modes like “Multiplier” and “Super 15.” This daily article will focus on daily value plays from SuperDraft’s exclusive Multiplier game mode. By eliminating the traditional salary cap structure and providing a points multiplier for every player on the slate, there is almost limitless flexibility when building lineups on SuperDraft. You can load up on all the studs, but their point multipliers will be low. You can balance those plays out with some long shots that could score up to 2x their fantasy points to vault you to the top of the leaderboards.

With five games on Tuesday’s slate, let’s get into some of the multiplier plays over on SuperDraft.

Guard

Cade Cunningham, Detroit Pistons (1.3x score multiplier)

The Pistons have the lowest team total on this five-game slate, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find some good values from Detroit on SuperDraft. Last summer’s first overall pick stands out to me in his first trip to Madison Square Garden as a pro. Cunningham has been taking advantage of Jerami Grant being sidelined over the last four games and with Grant out for the foreseeable future, we should target him with confidence at this multiplier even if the outlook for the Pistons as a whole isn’t as rosy. Cunningham dealt with some foul trouble last game but still managed to play 31 minutes. Miami stifled him offensively, limiting him to just four shot attempts in his 31 minutes, and he was happy to take the extra attention off his teammates, racking up 10 assists in the 10-point victory. I expect to see the rookie get back to the 36-minute range against the Knicks and produce more to the tune of what we saw the previous three games where he averaged nearly 50 SuperDraft points. His double eligibility (guard and forward) really makes it easy to fit Cunningham into our lineups with a high-floor, high-ceiling combo.

Jaylen Nowell, Minnesota Timberwolves (2x)

As is the theme lately, we have another name that I didn’t think I’d ever have to write about for a December NBA slate, but here we are. The Timberwolves have been adding players to their health and safety protocols list seemingly daily, and with Patrick Beverley as one of the newest additions, the minutes for a guy like Nowell should end up in the mid to upper-20s. Nowell is historically right around a SuperDraft-point-per-minute player, and his ceiling 2x multiplier makes him a very intriguing addition to GPP rosters. He shouldn’t crush your lineups with a below average performance given his 2x tag, and anything above his median projection should put him in the mix as an optimal play.

Forward

Brandon Ingram, New Orleans Pelicans (1.25x)

Compared to what how they started the season, the Pelicans have righted the ship a bit. Now just three games back of the 10th seed and a play-in spot, New Orleans looks to continue their slow climb back to respectability Tuesday against Portland, led by the now-healthy Ingram. He’s been great from both real hoops and fantasy perspective lately. He’s averaging 47.8 SuperDraft points over his last four games. The Pelicans are two-point home favorites with a 110 implied team total against a Portland. The Blazers team could be severely undermanned with several players already out and multiple more listed questionable. Ingram is one of my favorite players to roster at forward.

Tim Hardaway, Dallas Mavericks (1.6x)

The Mavericks are (surprise, surprise) shorthanded in a matchup against Minnesota that we just saw two nights ago. With six players already listed as out for this one plus Kristaps Porzingis listed questionable, it’s likely Hardaway becomes one of the highest-rostered players on this slate. After much hullabaloo about Trey Burkes projected increase in minutes (with yours truly being a guilty party) in the last game, it turned out to be Hardaway who got the biggest fantasy boost. He ended up playing 41 minutes and scoring 54.5 SuperDraft points in the six-point loss. With Doncic and Porzingis off the floor this season, Hardaway sees a 31.3% usage. At his 1.6x multiplier, he becomes a core play on SuperDraft if Porzingis is forced to miss this game.

Center

Karl-Anthony Towns, Minnesota Timberwolves (1.1x)

There are more than a few options at center on this slate. In my opinion, Towns is the one that sticks out above the rest as of this writing. He’s been fantastic of late, averaging 51.6 SuperDraft points over his last three games. That includes his 41.25-point performance two nights ago against this same Dallas team. In that game, Towns lost nearly four minutes of court time due to foul trouble in the second quarter. There’s nobody on this Mavericks roster with a chance of guarding Towns if he’s asserting himself. I’m going right back to him again on this slate.

Deandre Ayton, Phoenix Suns (1.25x)

Phoenix celebrated the return of Devin Booker to the lineup Sunday with a 31-point home victory against the hapless Hornets. They’ll travel to Los Angeles Tuesday to take on the reeling Lakers as seven-point road favorites. With Anthony Davis out due to the knee injury he picked up over the weekend, Ayton will face the likes of DeAndre Jordan and Dwight Howard in the frontcourt, a much more difficult matchup five or six years ago. In 2021 however, that is not exactly the most daunting pair to see warming up across the court. Ayton has been great in his return, averaging 1.44 SuperDraft points per minutes over his last three games. Even if he doesn’t rack up that kind of superb rate tonight, he still projects as a great play at center with his 1.25x multiplier and is my favorite way to get exposure to the Suns on SuperDraft.
