We have a six-game main NBA DFS slate on SuperDraft Monday. Below, we’ll dive in and break down our three top plays of the slate.
The Plays
Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns (Shooting Guard | 1.25x score multiplier)
The Suns will be in a pace-up spot Monday night, and Booker is hard to pass up on. He is currently averaging 24 points, five rebounds and four assists per game on 32.8 minutes. He has now put up back-to-back 30-point games and should be able to continue that Monday. The San Antonio Spurs are currently allowing guards to average 22.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. It only gets better for Booker though. Using the FTN Daily advanced DvP tool, Booker will see a boost in scoring as the primary handler facing the Spurs. How can we not lock him in?
Jordan Clarkson, Utah Jazz (Shooting Guard | 1.6x)
Clarkson is another player in a pace-up spot. The Jazz will face the Los Angeles Lakers, who average 103 possessions per game to Jazz’ 99.8. The Jazz have struggled to secure wins, and Clarkson has fluctuated in court time but has kept up his consistent play. He has scored 30 or more SuperDraft points in each of the last three games while averaging near 27 minutes of playing time. He should get a boost in overall fantasy scoring here, as the Lakers allow opposing guards to average 23.4 points, 7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks (Power Forward | 1x)
I don’t think defensive stats matter when it comes to facing Giannis Antetokounmpo. However, Antetokounmpo is in a great spot against the Atlanta Hawks. They are one of the worst teams at guarding forwards. They allow them to average 21.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game. Giannis dominates in all of those categories and is averaging a double-double on the season with 28.5 points and 11.3 rebounds per game. One shocking note for this season is that the Hawks also play at a much slower pace (99.6) while Milwaukee plays at a slightly faster pace (101.6). Giving any type of boost to this Bucks offense is dangerous but especially when it benefits the Greek Freak.
