There are 11 games on the NHL DFS slate, so there are plenty of strong options at SuperDraft. The slate gets underway at 7 p.m. ET. It’s more important than ever to keep an eye on news at this time of the season. We’ve seen several players get scratched late, so have a close eye on things. If you have any questions, reach out @chrismeaney.

Below you’ll see a few of my top plays at each position followed by a few others to consider at SuperDraft. Most of my attention tonight will be on the Pittsburgh Penguins, Colorado Avalanche, New Jersey Devils and Tampa Bay Lightning. It’s really hard to ignore the Penguins, especially their top line, as they’ve combined for 18 points in their last two games.

Center

Tomas Hertl, San Jose Sharks @ BUF 1.7X Multiplier

Hertl has racked up eight goals and 13 points over his last 10 games. He’s hit the score sheet in nine of those 10 games and has a pretty good opportunity to keep things going with a matchup against the Buffalo Sabres. The Sabres rank inside the top 10 in GA/60 at 5v5 over the last six weeks and have coughed up the fourth-most scoring chances at 5v5 over that span. Hertl will keep his spot on the top line with Logan Couture sidelined.

Others to consider: Sidney Crosby, Brayden Point, Nathan MacKinnon, Matt Duchene, Nazem Kadri, Aleksander Barkov

Winger

Bryan Rust, Pittsburgh Penguins @ PHI 1.55X Multiplier

Rust has five goals, eight points and 10 shots in two games since returning to the lineup. He had a hat trick over the weekend and has three power-play points in his last two games. The Penguins have won nine straight contests and are massive favorites against a very shorthanded Philadelphia Flyers team. The Flyers will be without their two best forwards up front and are missing six regulars. Rust, Sidney Crosby and Jake Guentzel have combined for seven goals in their last two games.

Jack Hughes, New Jersey Devils vs. CBJ 2X Multiplier

Hughes is currently riding a four-game point streak in which he’s scored three goals and added six assists. He has 17 points in 17 games, but nine of them have come over the last week. He has 18 shots on goal over that span and is averaging 19 minutes per game. He’s in a great spot, as the Blue Jackets have allowed the third-most shot attempts, the most shots, the fourth-most scoring chances and the third-most goals at 5v5/60 since December 1, according to Natural Stat Trick. He also has a 2X Multiplier, which I believe is a steal this evening.

Others to consider: Jake Guentzel, Patrick Kane, Alex DeBrincat, Tage Thompson, Filip Forsberg, Timo Meier, Jesper Bratt, Ondrej Palat, Troy Terry

Defense

Kris Letang, Pittsburgh Penguins @ PHI 1.1X Multiplier

Letang only has a 1.1X Multiplier, but his Penguins have the second-highest team implied total on the slate. He has back-to-back games with multiple points and has had at least two points in three of his past four games. Letang has 24 points in 28 games, and 12 have come over his last 10 games. On top of that, he has 19 shots on goal in his last four games, including nine last night against a much tougher opponent in St. Louis.

Others to consider: Cale Makar, Damon Severson, Aaron Ekblad, Roman Josi, Seth Jones

Goalies to consider: Tristan Jarry, Marc-Andre Fleury, Alex Nedeljkovic, Juuse Saros
