Thursday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers did not disappoint from an entertainment perspective, with the Chiefs securing a 34-28 victory in overtime.

The Review
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (Champion: 2.1x score multiplier | Superflex: 1.4x)
Allen had a rough start to the game, going down with an injury, but he returned on the next drive. He finished the game with six receptions, 78 receiving yards and a touchdown. Allen once again finished as the Chargers’ top target, with 10 on the night.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Kansas City Chiefs (Champion: 2.35x | Superflex: 1.55x)
The Chiefs running game came up short for us in fantasy. Edwards-Helaire had nine carries for just 32 rushing yards. He added two receptions for 18 yards on four targets. Darrel Williams wasn’t able to get anything going either as he had five carries for 12 rushing yards. The only member of the Chiefs backfield who found the end zone was actually fullback Michael Burton, who scored on his only carry in a play that didn’t do much for anyone in fantasy.
Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers (Champion: 1.75x| Superflex: 1.15x)
Like Allen, Herbert also had a rough start to the game. He threw his only interception in the first quarter before getting things going. In the end, he completed 22 of his 38 passes for 236 yards. He found Keenan Allen and Jalen Guyton for his two passing touchdowns. On top of his passing display, he also ran one in for a touchdown, making for a good fantasy day overall.
Best Plays of The Slate
Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill reminded people why they are a dangerous duo. Both had huge success against the Los Angeles Chargers defense. Each star finished with 13 targets, with Kelce leading the way. He finished his night with 10 receptions for 191 receiving yards with two touchdowns. His first touchdown came toward the end of the fourth quarter to tie the game, and his second came in overtime to seal the Chiefs’ victory. Hill was close on Kelce’s tail, finishing with 12 receptions and 148 yards with one touchdown.
