Week 8’s Monday Night Football game between the Chiefs and the Giants combined for only 37 total points in a game with much less offensive production than expected.

Below are my top-three plays for Week 8’s Monday game between the Giants and Chiefs on SuperDraft DFS and how they ended up performing.

Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants (1.4x score multiplier)

Jones had a serviceable game, but nothing close to the ceiling that we were hoping to get against such a leaky secondary. He was able to log a pair of passing touchdowns but failed to produce enough through the air (222 yards) to really buoy a massive game. He added 12 rushing yards and an interception, totaling 23.91 fantasy points after his 1.4x multiplier. Because of how wonky the game was, Jones found himself in a lot of winning lineups, but it was rare to see him as the champion in winning lineups.

Darrel Williams, RB, Kansas City Chiefs (2.2x)

Similar to Jones, Williams had a serviceable outing, but it could have been much more impressive. He had a red-zone touchdown vultured by Derrick Gore, but ultimately ended up with 110 total yards (61 rushing, 49 receiving) and six receptions, totaling 14 fantasy points before his multiplier. Because he had such a generous multiplier, he was a mainstay in many winning lineups with his 30.8 fantasy points.

Travis Kelce, TE, Kansas City Chiefs (1.3x)

Coming into this game, Kelce felt due. He hadn’t topped 100 yards since Week 3 and hadn’t found the end-zone since Week 5, so a generational talent at tight end was bound to figure it out against the Giants, right? Wrong. It was the Tyreek Hill show in the Kansas City passing game, which typically comes at the expense of Kelce, and that’s exactly what happened Monday. As Hill thrived, Kelce logged only four catches for 27 yards. If his receiving line wasn’t disappointing enough, he also lost a fumble, totaling 3.51 fantasy points after his 1.3x multiplier kicked in. Kelce was an absolute landmine Monday — one that, unfortunately, we did not avoid.

Champion Rankings:

1. Patrick Mahomes (22.50 champion points)

2. Daniel Jones (35.87)

3. Darrel Williams (46.2)

4. Travis Kelce (5.27)

5. Tyreek Hill (44.08)
