With the NBA back, every Tuesday I’ll be offering up my DFS picks on SuperDraft, which means every Wednesday I’ll be looking back on how I did and what we can learn from the picks.
It was a rather exciting night of games Wednesday, so let’s take a look at how we did last night.
Karl-Anthony Towns, Minnesota Timberwolves (1.1x score multiplier)
Towns wasn’t a massive letdown on his own as he scored 48 points, but when you consider all of the centers you missed out on, like Bam Adebayo, Jonas Valanciunas and Domantas Sabonis, it was a bit of a disappointment. But overall, KAT was the fourth-highest scoring center on the board, so all-in-all, not too bad.
Zach LaVine, Chicago Bulls (1.25x)
LaVine was the biggest bust of the night from the article, he only produced 34 fantasy points despite having a solid 1.25x multiplier. LaVine scored 23 points but didn’t have a whole lot of peripheral production so that hurt his overall production.
Jerami Grant, Detroit Pistons (1.45x)
Grant was awesome, he scored 19 real points in the third quarter alone en route to scoring over 30 real points. That kind of production led to 52.75 SuperDraft points and him being the 10th-best scorer of the night.

Overall, it was a night with massive amounts of scoring, and the players I picked weren’t necessarily bad but didn’t quite break the barrier to massive scores.
