We know that withdrawing can be scary, so we try to make this as easy as possible. After all, it is your money! Let’s get into how you can withdraw from your SuperDraft account.
The screenshot below shows the home screen of your app. You will need to press your “Profile” tab on the bottom-right of your screen.
Once you press “Profile” you will be on the screen shown below. You will see a menu that lists “STATS, ACTIVITY, FRIENDS, and ACCOUNT” from left to right. Press the ACCOUNT page on this menu.
Once you get to your ACCOUNT page, all you have to do is scroll down to the bottom.
This is where you will press “Withdraw” to start the process of withdrawing your winnings!
Now, you must enter the amount you want to withdraw – please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $10 and you can only withdraw cash that is in your account, not SuperCash.
After you have selected the amount, you will have to verify your date of birth – this is to prevent potential fraud and keeps your account safe.
Now that we have selected the amount and verified our DOB, we will need to decide if we want to withdraw via ACH or eCheck.
ACH withdrawals are wire transfers directly to your bank account and will reach your account in 1-8 business days. It typically only take up to three days but we have seen cases where this can take the full 8. All you have to do after selecting ACH is enter the information for the bank account you want this to go to.
eChecks are a fairly new form of payment method that is getting more popular every day. The eCheck will get to you instantly in an email where you can then print it out and bring it to your bank to deposit or cash. If you select eCheck, there will be a pop-up provided like the one below.
Please note that if you are in Canada, you will not be able to withdraw through our system. In that case, you would have to reach out to us at email@example.com in order for us to mail you a check.
As always, if you have any questions on this, please use the link below. We would be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have!
